Folders organise a client’s media (e.g. by campaign, topic or year). The folder structure mirrors the physical Media_<client> directories on the server – image URLs in newsletters that have already been sent remain valid.

Creating folders

New folder in the header bar creates a subfolder inside the currently open directory.

Rename, move, copy, delete

• Rename: select the folder → Rename in the action bar (or context menu).
• Move / copy: choose the target folder in the dialog; also works for multi-selections.
• Delete: removes the folder including its contents – after a confirmation prompt.

Client separation

Every user only sees the media of their own client. Superusers can deliberately switch into the media library of another client.
