Besides images, the Media Explorer also manages file attachments (e.g. PDF brochures, price lists, terms and conditions) that are attached to a newsletter as e-mail attachments.

Assigning an attachment

In the campaign editor, the attachment section opens the Media Explorer in attachment mode. Selection works like the image picker: take a file over by double-click, or select it and assign it in the preview. Uploading and importing are available right there – upload and assignment are now one continuous workflow (formerly two separate steps).

Storage convention

For attachments a dedicated folder is recommended (e.g. Newsletter-Anhaenge) to keep images and attachments cleanly separated.
