The Media Explorer manages all images and file attachments of a client in a single, tidy interface. It runs inside the BACKCLICK session without a separate login.

Layout

• Folder tree (top left): all folders of the client. A click opens the folder in the content area.
• Preview (bottom left): shows the selected item – with file name, size, type, modification date and image dimensions in pixels.
• Content area (centre): files and subfolders of the selected folder.
• Header bar: search box (searches all folders), Upload, Import, New folder, refresh.
• Status bar (bottom): number of items, current selection and its total size.

Views

At the top right you can switch between tile view (large thumbnails) and list view (sortable columns: name, size, type, modified).

Selection and actions

Items are selected by clicking; use Ctrl/Shift click for multi-selection. The action bar offers Rename, Copy, Move and Delete; the same actions are available from the context menu (right click). Deleting always asks for confirmation.

In search results (search across all folders) modifying actions are deliberately disabled – switch to the folder to edit.
