Special categories
Two categories offer additional configuration parameters:

- incorrect address
Unsubscription is a category relating to bounces caused by the detection of a subscribers request to unsubscribe. It is possible to react to this request immediately while categorizing, if the corresponding option is activated. The subscriber is removed from the corresponding mailing list immediately without further inquiry. It is possible to adjust the threshold (in percent) for bounces to be categorized as requests to unsubscribe. BACKCLICK calculates a likelihood of belonging while categorizing between 0% and 100%. The threshold is adjusted as follows:
In regards to the category âincorrect addressâ it is possible to adjust the amount of unsuccessful attempts of delivery before the subscriber is removed from the mailing list. These hardbounces relate to messages about a no longer existing or unknown Email address only. As such more than 80% of all bounces are categorized.
