The global Robinson listÂ
The global eRobinson list in BACKCLICK ensures that any e-mail address recorded on the list will NOT exist in the subscriber database. If an import or an unsubscription takes place with one of these addresses, BACKCLICK will automatically deny this action.Â
eRobinson list
You can include single e-mail addresses in the eRobinson list by using the menu item âeRobinson List.â Enter one or several e-mail addresses in the form field âe-mail addressesâ and click on the "Add"-button. If you want to enter more than one e-mail address, you will need to separate them with ENTER. It is only possible to enter ONE e-mail address per row. These e-mail addresses will then be completely removed from the system, and from all of the mailing lists and newsletter subscriptions. The eRobinson list will be updated to current status just before any newsletters are sent. It will then check for matches within the mailing list to be used for sending. BACKCLICK also lets you enter entire domains into the eRobinson list. To do this, you need to enter â*@ domain.deâ into the form field. Any subscriber who attempts to sign up with an e-mail address using this domain will NOT receive newsletters from the BACKCLICK system.Â

"Add": With a click on this button, all registered e-mail addresses are displayed in the eRobinson list. A confirmation query will begin before the e-mail addresses are removed. There, you can check the entered e-mail addresses again. By clicking the -button, you can store the entries. By clicking the -button, you can abort the action. Once you abort the action, you will be returned to the input mask.Â
After the entry of these e-mail addresses is confirmed, you will receive the following confirmation message:Â

If the entered e-mail address is not contained in the eRobinson list, the following sentence will be displayed: âThe following e-mail addresses are not on the eRobinson list:â and then the details of the checked e-mail addresses. By clicking on the "Ok"-button, you will be returned to the input mask. By clicking on the "back"-button, you will be returned to the Main Menu, âeRobinson Administrationâ.Â
eRobinson Admin
Here you may remove single e-mail addresses from the blocked list. You can also enter an entire list of e-mail addresses into the eRobinson list. For example, you can get a list from a supplier of eRobinson lists, and enter it as a blocked list in BACKCLICK. Be sure to ask the respective trustees or operators of e-mail protection lists for permission before you do this.Â
The following administrator interface is shown:Â

This applies to the entering of e-mail addresses into eRobinson lists, as described above: If more than one e-mail address is entered into the form field, the e-mail addresses need to be separated by ENTER. It is only possible to enter one e-mail address into one row. It is also possible to enter a whole domain; for example: *@domain.de.Â
The -button will always return you to the Main Menu, "eRobinson Administration".
