Basic operation of the system
BACKCLICK is a client-server software, meaning the software itself is installed on a central server where all data is stored and your newsletters will be sent. You need a so called client-software in order to use features of the software and communicate with the server-software.
BACKCLICK, as a web application, does not require any additional software. This way sending a newsletter is decentralized, meaning your branch offices, even in other countries, are able to access the system. All you need is a web browser that is usually already installed on your computer. The following browsers are fully supported:
- Internet Explorer: Version 6 or newer
- Mozilla Firefox: Version 2 or newer
